NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE: 2025 has been very busy for us. We again surpassed the number of fences installed from the previous year, keeping two crews working since April (three crews in July). We bought a new work truck as our old one became unreliable. We made some goals for next year to grow a little more (running three crews from May to September). I am blessed with amazing employees who really take care to do a nice job on every fence project. We have also been blessed to find awesome customers, offering my workers drinks and treats, and generally being great to work with. As always, THANK YOU, WNY! – Colin Sadler, Owner
Staining: In 2023, we changed our business name from Sadler Fence and Staining to Sadler Fence and Sons LLC to reflect our decision to discontinue fence staining services. Our WNY weather made scheduling jobs difficult. We continue to offer fence installation services in all seasons. We are happy to share staining advice and can refer you to a great local fence staining company.

We wanted a high quality job at a competitive price from a local small business. Sadler checked all the boxes. I checked a few references and all were top notch. Colin was prompt, courteous, and professional. Communication was excellent and timely.
After the initial quote, we made a few changes and they were very patient and worked with us on various options.
The installation crews were great and the foreman (Jim) was super. The fence looks awesome and will give us the privacy we were looking for.
The references had their fences in place for 5-10 years with no issue - just a couple gate hinge adjustment which Sadler took care of.
We're looking forward to a long lasting and attractive fence. Going with vinyl was a big investment but not having to stain every few years is a HUGE plus.
I recommend that you give the owner (Colin Sadler) a call for your fence project.

We had a fence/gate replacement on both sides of our home recently by Sadler Fence & Sons. Our overall experience with Colin and his crew is above average as far as contractors go. Many contractors have poor customer service and if you have an issue, do not return your phone calls, shrug you off or care about your concerns.
Not the case with Sadler Fence. Colin communicated extremely well with us, always returned our phone calls/texts in a timely manner and also personally corrected an irregularity with the installed fence/gate. I would also like to add Colin was always prompt and on-time.

The quality of materials was excellent, and the quality of the construction was outstanding. The crew foreman worked with me throughout to make sure the final product matched the original design. Once I contacted Colin to admit an unanticipated flaw in my design, but in a short phone call Colin developed a simple, cost-effective solution.

They did a vinyl fence replacement for our yard. Colin was great in communication from start to finish and the crew was fantastic in removing and replacing the current fence in the very hot and humid days we had this past week. They were punctual, considerate, and answered any questions I may have had at the time. They were reasonably priced and we are very grateful to all of them for the beautiful fence they installed. I used them a few years back when a part of my existing vinyl fence panels were leaning and out of several local fence company's took the job to straighten the section ( It was a small job and another company said they would do it and blew me off because they wanted the larger jobs). If I ever need another fence they would be the company I would call.

We have been so happy with the vinyl fence that was installed by Sadler. It’s just what our yard needed, and the dogs are enjoying it too! Colin was very responsive and informative of the whole process. He provided samples so we could decide on exactly what we wanted for materials. They came and were done in the estimated time. I had a few questions after and Colin came to take a look just to check it out. I would highly recommend this company if anyone is looking to have a fence installed!
